These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and Small Entrepreneur “Online Ticket” (hereinafter referred to as “Small Entrepreneur”, “we” or aurorajewelry.GE) governing your use of the Company’s website/application (hereinafter referred to as the Platform) and receipt of the Services.
By agreeing to these “Terms and Conditions”, the User confirms that he/she wishes to use the Services offered by the Company on the Platform operated by the Company under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Please carefully read the Terms and Conditions of Service offered by Small Entrepreneur
for the purchase of tickets to various entertainment/cultural/sports, etc. national and international events. Please note that aurorajewelry.GE, as a promoter, sells tickets to any event according to the wishes/orders of the organizer of that event.
Personal information that Small Entrepreneur
obtains from you or third parties is processed based on your consent, in accordance with the privacy policy specified in these Terms.
By checking the “I agree to the terms and conditions” box in the registration form, you also agree to the privacy policy.
The user is entitled to request the closure of his account at any time. The procedure for closing a user account (profile) is determined by Appendix 1 to these Terms and Conditions (see Appendix 1 Account (profile) closure procedure).
All users who wish to use the Company’s platform are obliged to agree to and comply with the “Terms and Conditions” below, accordingly, when registering on the platform and purchasing tickets, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Service, as well as to the sharing of your personal data by aurorajewelry.Ge with the organizer. aurorajewelry.GE reserves the right to unilaterally make changes to the Terms of Service, which will be automatically posted on the company's website.
Please note that the terms and conditions below may be updated at any time based on technical changes. The listed terms and conditions apply only to tickets sold by Maya Gadelia.
Before aurorajewelry.GE puts a ticket up for sale, a service agreement/contract is concluded between the small entrepreneur
and the organizer, which declares consent to the service offered by aurorajewelry.GE.
Definition of Terms
The terms and definitions used in this Agreement have the meanings defined below, unless the context of the document clearly indicates otherwise:
Small Entrepreneur
/aurorajewelry/we/our - Small Entrepreneur "Maya Gadelia" (Business Registration Number 62001013039; Company Address: 102 Giorgi Brtsinvale St., Batumi). Small Entrepreneur
, which allows any interested party/user to purchase tickets/subscriptions to attend cultural, entertainment, sports or other events planned by various organizers via the Site or Mobile Application 24 hours a day, at any time.
Event - any cultural, entertainment, sports or other event posted on aurorajewelry.ge.
Organizer - a natural person or small entrepreneur
who sells tickets to an event through the services of aurorajewelry.ge (website, physical box office and mobile application).
User - a natural person who purchases tickets for an event planned by the organizer, considers taking advantage of the offer or takes advantage of the offer through the site, physical box office or mobile application. The user is obliged to carefully read the terms and conditions of the site before purchasing tickets, which will be effective even after the purchase is completed.
Website - means the website owned/operated by the company: aurorajewelry.GE.
Terms of Use - means these Terms, together with any other terms and/or conditions that these Terms of Use, by appropriate reference, consider to be part of these Terms and which regulate the issues of access to and use of the Platform by the User, including those related to any content, features and products offered on or through the Website/Application;
Platform - the platform operated by the Company, which includes, without limitation, the Company's website, Application and/or all other available alternative channels and related services, including any communication made by the Company to Users regarding the Services offered;
Service fee - the fee for services provided by the company to the user (ticket generation, SMS and email notification service, etc.)
Transaction fee - a fee determined by the bank or other payment companies during any financial transaction. (ticket purchase, refund andetc.)
Where the context so permits, words denoting the singular number shall mean the plural and vice versa.
1. Communication
To raise any issue, you may contact the Company’s Customer Service Center, aurorajewelry.GE e-mail address or the official Facebook page of Small Entrepreneur
by sending an electronic message (11:00-19:00).
2. Term and Termination of the Agreement
2.1. This Agreement shall enter into force upon the User’s consent to these Terms and Conditions and shall remain in force until the User’s registration/account (profile) is cancelled.
2.2. The Agreement may be terminated by the legislation of Georgia and/or in cases provided for by this Agreement or at the User’s initiative at any time.
2.3. The User shall terminate the Agreement by sending a prior written notice to the Company. The User is obliged to fully cover the outstanding debt to the Company and the Seller (if any) no later than 5 (five) calendar days after sending a written notice to the Company about the termination of this Agreement.
4. Transitional Provisions
4.1. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you agree to receive informational and promotional emails to your specified email address.
4.2. The headings mentioned in these Terms and Conditions are used for convenience only and do not affect the definition and interpretation of the Terms;
4.3. The Small Entrepreneur
is entitled, if there is a proper basis and/or for a legitimate purpose, to request the User, and in the event of such a request, the User is obliged to provide the Small Entrepreneur
with any additional information and also to submit relevant supporting documents that the Small Entrepreneur
requires or are specified by the legislation of Georgia;
4.4. Small Entrepreneur
reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate a person's registration or authorization on the website if it considers that he is acting incorrectly, in violation of these Terms and Conditions or the legislation of Georgia;
4.5. Small Entrepreneur
is entitled to terminate or suspend access to the user's account, delete his application or user account (profile) in such a case, if the user violates the rules specified in these Terms and Conditions or the applicable legislation of Georgia. In the above case. When exercising this right, Small Entrepreneur
is exempted from all liability.
4.6. Small Entrepreneur
is not liable for temporary interruption or disruption of the functioning of the website, however, it takes all measures to prevent such disruptions.
4.7. A small entrepreneur
has the right to create, receive, store any document in the form of a physical and/or electronic document, make changes or corrections to the data, issue (issue) any document and/or information that may have legal consequences, as well as use an electronic document circulation system, unified automated management tools, electronic signature, signature by electronic and/or technical means. An electronic document and its printout have the same legal force as a physical document. 4.8. If any clause or part of these Terms and Conditions is canceled, declared invalid or terminated for any reason, the specified clause or part of it will no longer apply, which will not affect the validity of the remaining clauses of the Terms and Conditions;
Appendix 1
Account (profile) closure procedure
You (the user) are entitled to request the closure of your account (profile) and deletion of data at any time by sending a written request from the user's registered email on the Company's platform to the Company's email address Support@aurorajewelry.ge.
Before requesting the closure of your account (profile), make sure that all your obligations have been fulfilled and that you do not have any current debts or obligations to the seller/company.
Within 10 business days of receiving your request, we will fulfill your request - to close your account and delete your data.
Regulation of personal data in a closed account
The right to delete your personal data is determined by the current law of Georgia on the protection of personal data.
Small Entrepreneur
deletes your personal data using methods such as encryption and pseudonymization. For your part, you must clear the cache, cookies and history from each browser you used to access the Company account. If you have downloaded the Company application on any of your devices, you must delete it.
You will receive a corresponding notification from the Company about the closure of the account (profile).
Exceptions to the closure of the account (profile) and the deletion of personal data.
We do notWe may close or delete your account (profile) / data if:
- You have an outstanding obligation/debt to the company/seller;
- Account-related data is required to detect/prevent/mitigate or investigate fraudulent or illegal activities;
- Account-related data is required to comply with relevant laws and regulations to which we are subject;
- Account-related data is required to respond to complaints and seek ways to resolve them;
- There is an order/order/decision from the relevant authorized body to retain/store account-related data;
If we are unable to delete your data for any reason, it will be retained in accordance with our Personal Data Processing Policy.
